Justin and I inherited this old trunk from his parents when we moved because we needed a TV stand. It was in a sorry state these past few years and is no longer being used to support the TV and I needed some extra storage space so I spruced it up! I scraped off all the paper on the inside of the trunk which was peeling anyway from water and moisture. I then painted everything on the inside except the bottom and the inside of the lid. I used wallpaper paste to stick this really beautiful wallpaper that I got from work (I couldn't bear to see it go in the trash!). I just love the end result! I also painted the top of the lid and the front panel to give it some life when it's closed. It's now happily housing all our winter hats, mittens, ect. Sorry I don't have a before picture!
